The effect of nanoliposomes compounds in reducing heat stress on sweet peppers (capsicum annuum L.)

Abstract

Sweeet pepper is one of the most important vegetables in the world that is important for humans in terms of economic and food. A major part of the decline in yield and plant growth in the agricultural industry is related to environmental stresses such as high temperature stress, which causes some physiological, biochemical changes, and molecular changes in plant metabolism such as chemical decomposition of molecules, degradation of nucleic acids, eduction of photosynthesis, increasing respiration and disruption  In memberane permeability . The result of these disorders is damage to the plant, including the prevention of its growth and yeild decline. This research was carried out to investigate the effect of spraying solution of nanoliposomal compounds under high-temperature stress conditions on sweet papper in a academic- researching of the faculty of agriculture of isfahan university of technology in a completely randomized design with a concentrations of 4% (w / v%) phosphatidylcholine (lysitin) , As well as potassium (at a concentration of 4,000), selenium (25 mg / l), brassinosteroid (1 μmol / L), and aminolulonic acid (1 mM), and the combination of all the mentioned substances in both capsule and without capsule , in two temperature treatments  (25 ± 2 ºC and 34 ± 2ºC) with three replications for each treatment. The results showed that sweat pepper treatments with spraying on brothinosteroid increased leaf number, relative water content, potassium concentration, proline, protein, superoxide dismutase catalase significantly. It also reduced the amount of ion leakage and flower number significantly. Sweat pepper treatments with spraying amine-vulcanic acid  increased stem length, leaf number, shoot fresh weight, flower number, root fresh weight, root dry weight, relative water displacement, water pressure potential, potassium concentration, proline, protein, disodium oxide, catalase  meaningfully . It also significantly reduced the ionic and malondialdehyde leakage. Sweat Pepper treatment with spraying potassium increased the relative content of water, potassium, protein and catalase concentrations significantly. It also significantly reduced the amount of ion leakage, malondialdehyde and guaiacol peroxidase. Sweet pepper treatments with spraying selenium increased ion leakage, relative water content, potassium concentration, protein, antioxidant activity and superoxide dismutase significantly. Also, the lowest result was selenium in many cases, including stem length, root length, leaf number, root fresh weight, root dry weight, malondialdehyde and catalase. Sweat pepper treatments with spraying all applied cases increased stem length, shoot dry weight, relative water content, water pressure potential, potassium concentration, protein, catalase and superoxide dismutase significantly. It also reduced lesser  the drop in flowering and significantly reduced the level of ion leakage and malondialdehyde. The use of nanoliposome cover in this study resulted in significant increase in shoot fresh weight, shoot dry weight, flower number, root fresh weight, root dry weight, water pressure potential, protein, superoxide dismutase and antioxidant activity. It also significantly reduced the level of ion leakage and guaiacol oxidase and helped reduce flower drop. Finally, it can be concluded that the use of Acidumino and Levonelli and all the used substances (ALL) on the sweet pepper plant, in the conditions of 2 ± 25, and in the case of temperature stress, have a positive effect on the morphological and physiological characteristics of the plant, causing  Reducing damage caused by temperature stress and improving plant growth conditions.
